Red Velvet Slide is Chris Brenne's other outlet to release his more electric side.

Red Velvet Slide was born from a collaboration with Parul Vakani. They lit the torch around Christmas 1999, and it was as if blessed by Thor that they should do well as a duo. They decided on 'Red Velvet Slide' and your imagination will do just fine working that out.

Together they tour the United States every summer and jump the pond to Europe when opportunities arise. While on tour, they have been honored with kudos in the press and have gotten a feather in their cap from the International John Lennon Songwriting Competition.
